When a flight is delayed or cancelled, or you are denied boarding, European passenger rights apply (Regulation (EC) No 261/2004). Whether you can receive compensation depends on, among other things, the flight, the length of the delay and its cause.
This claim collects your flight, booking and travel details. It is then assessed which rules apply and whether exceptions or deadlines need a closer look.
