Claimio is an app for mass claims and collective actions in the Netherlands. You see which claims and ongoing court cases may concern you, you sign up where Claimio offers it, and you follow everything in one place.

We are putting the finishing touches to the app. Join the waitlist and we will e-mail you as soon as you can download it.

On the waitlist you can tell us whether you use Android or an iPhone. That tells us where to start, and we will let you know as soon as the app is ready for your phone.

Using the app costs nothing. If you take part in a claim, the costs of that claim apply, usually a percentage of your compensation if there is any. You only give a mandate once those costs are known.

Signing up happens in the app. On this website you can read what each claim is about, who it is for and what you need.

In the app you answer a few short questions per claim. With claim keys, such as your postcode or licence plate, the app also looks for claims that may apply to you. A possible match is an estimate, not a legal judgement.

Claim keys are details you give the app yourself to find claims: a few questions about you, your postcode, a data breach check of your e-mail address, your licence plate and, if you like, a bank connection. We ask for permission per key, and you can always delete them.

No. Claimio makes claims and ongoing court cases easy to follow and handles your sign-up. A claim is handled by a claim organisation. You see which one before you give a mandate.

In a court case brought by another organisation, Claimio is not a party. You cannot sign up for it through Claimio and we do not pass on your details. You can follow such a case in the app to see where it stands.

Your details are stored encrypted and we do not sell personal data. You decide what you share and you can always delete it. Our privacy statement has all the details.
