How Claimio works
Claimio brings claims and collective court cases together in one app. You see what may concern you, you sign up where you can and you follow everything in one place.
Claim keys
Claim keys are details you give the app yourself. We ask for permission per key, and you can always delete them.
About you
A few quick questions about what you use and what you experienced.
Your postcode
Some claims apply to residents of a certain area.
Data breach check
We check whether your e-mail address was in a known data breach.
Licence plate
We look up your car with the RDW: make, fuel type and year.
Bank account
We look in your statements for companies that face a claim. We do not keep statements.
Possible matches
The app compares your claim keys with the claims on Claimio and with ongoing court cases. When it finds something, you see a possible match with the reason. That is an estimate, not a legal judgement.
Signing up for a claim
- 1
Check
You answer a few questions to check whether the claim is meant for you.
- 2
Sign up
You fill in your details and add documents where needed.
- 3
Mandate
Once it is known who handles your claim and what it costs, you can give a mandate, signed in the app.
- 4
Follow
The app shows what happens with your claim and lets you know when something is needed from you.
Follow ongoing court cases
Is another organisation already running a collective court case about your situation? The app shows you, with the state of the case as Claimio checked it against the source. Claimio is not a party to those cases: you sign up with the organisation itself.
Everything in the app
Everything happens in the Claimio app: finding claims, signing up, adding documents and following your claim. You log in with a code sent by e-mail, so you do not need a password.
