Delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open the Claimio app and log in.
2. Go to Profiel (Profile) and tap Account verwijderen (Delete account).
3. Confirm your request. You will see a confirmation in the app.

By e-mail

No access to the app any more? E-mail us from your account's e-mail address with the subject "Delete account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What we delete

Your account, your name and e-mail address, your answers, your evidence, your messages, your claim keys (such as postcode, licence plate and bank data) and the link with your phone for notifications.

What we sometimes have to keep

Some data has to be kept for longer, such as a signed mandate or the financial details of a payout, for as long as the law requires. We do not use that data for anything else. A claim organisation you gave a mandate to may keep your file itself; we will tell you which organisation that is.
